1. Greet, advise, and sell to customers, ensuring a high standard of service.
2. Present the Balenciaga brand and products in a compelling manner.
3. Provide personalized advice to clients to drive sales and expand the client database.
4. Handle transactions and manage tax-free sales processes.
5. Coordinate alterations and follow up with clients.
6. Collect client information for database updates.
7. Receive, label, and display products in-store.
8. Replenish stock and maintain store organization.
9. Prepare for and participate in inventory counts.
10. Maintain stockroom order.
11. Contribute to qualitative and quantitative sales reports.

1. Proven experience in luxury leather goods, accessories, or footwear sales.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening abilities.
3. Persuasive with an excellent presentation and service orientation.
4. Highly developed product and fashion sensitivity, ideally with an existing client book.
5. Bilingual in French and Chinese, with proficiency in a third language preferred.

Confirmed experience in luxury retail sales, particularly in leather goods, accessories, or footwear.
