1. Proven experience in luxury fashion retail, particularly in ready-to-wear, accessories, or footwear.
2. Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
3. Persuasive with a strong sense of service and presentation.
4. Deep product and fashion sensitivity, ideally with an existing client book.
5. Fluent in English and preferably a third language.
