2. Present the Balenciaga brand and products in an engaging manner.
3. Provide personalized advice to enhance sales and client database.
4. Handle transactions and manage tax-free processes.
5. Oversee alterations and follow up with clients.
6. Collect and update client contact information.
7. Receive, label, and display products.
8. Replenish stock and organize the boutique.
9. Prepare and participate in inventory counts.
10. Maintain stock organization.
11. Contribute to qualitative and quantitative reporting.

1. Proven experience in luxury ready-to-wear, accessories, or footwear sales.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong listening abilities.
3. Persuasive with excellent presentation and service orientation.
4. Highly developed product and fashion sensitivity, ideally with an existing client base.
5. Bilingual in English, with proficiency in a third language preferred.
