1. Drive store sales by building and maintaining a robust and updated client portfolio.
2. Ensure client satisfaction by consistently delivering Balenciaga's service standards and values.
3. Engage clients by establishing authentic and long-term relationships, from initial contact to after-sales service.
4. Demonstrate professionalism and expertise in all interactions, including communication and teamwork.
5. Collaborate closely with the Stock team to ensure product availability and meet client demands.
6. Provide ongoing feedback on client activity and market trends.
7. Maintain display and organization of all areas according to visual merchandising guidelines.

1. Proven experience in a similar role or a role with transferable skills.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
3. Product sensitivity and comprehensive knowledge of market and fashion trends.
4. Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong administrative and digital skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Fluency in English and German.
