- Provide exceptional customer service and sales support.

- Proven experience in luxury fashion retail, particularly in ready-to-wear, accessories, or footwear.
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
- Persuasive with a strong sense of service and presentation.
- Highly developed product and fashion sensitivity, ideally with an existing client book.
- Bilingual in English and ideally proficient in a third language.
Experience in luxury fashion retail, particularly in ready-to-wear, accessories, or footwear, is required.
