- Greet, advise, and sell to clients while maintaining a high standard of service.
- Present the Balenciaga brand and products in a relevant and impactful manner.
- Provide personalized advice to clients to enhance sales and expand the client database.
- Handle transactions and manage tax refunds efficiently.
- Oversee alterations and follow up with clients.
- Collect client information for database updates and follow-ups.
- Receive, label, and display products in the boutique.
- Replenish stock and maintain the boutique's organization.
- Prepare and participate in inventory counts.
- Organize and manage stock storage.
- Contribute to qualitative and quantitative sales reporting.
- Proven experience in luxury ready-to-wear, accessories, or footwear sales.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong ability to listen.
- Persuasive with excellent presentation and service orientation.
- Strong product and fashion sensitivity, ideally with an existing client book.
- Bilingual in English, with proficiency in a third language preferred.
