1. Drive store sales by building, maintaining and thoroughly updating a robust client portfolio
2. Deliver Balenciaga’s customer service standards across the full client journey, from welcome to after‑sales assistance
3. Develop authentic, long‑term client relationships through active clienteling and personalised engagement
4. Collaborate with the Stock team to ensure product availability and fulfil client requests
5. Provide continual feedback on client activity, purchasing patterns and market trends
6. Maintain shop floor presentation and organisation in strict accordance with visual merchandising guidelines
7. Exhibit consistent professionalism in communication, teamwork and daily behaviours

1. Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within luxury fashion or a similar high‑end retail environment
2. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform in a fast‑paced retail setting
3. Deep product sensitivity and up‑to‑date knowledge of fashion market and trends
4. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and autonomously when required
5. Strong administrative and digital literacy
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
7. Fluency in German and English
