- Drive sales results by building and maintaining a robust client portfolio.
- Ensure client satisfaction by upholding Balenciaga's service standards and values.

- Demonstrate professionalism and expertise in communication and teamwork.
- Collaborate with the Stock team to ensure product availability and meet client needs.
- Provide feedback on client activity and market trends.
- Maintain display and organization according to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Proven experience in a similar role or a role with a transferrable skill set.
- Fluency in English, German, and Italian.
- Existing right to work in Switzerland.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Strong product sensitivity and knowledge of market and fashion trends.
- Teamwork and independent work capabilities.
- Strong administrative and digital skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proven experience in a similar role or a role with a transferrable skill set is required.
