1. Drive sales results by building and maintaining a robust client portfolio.
2. Ensure client satisfaction by upholding Balenciaga's service standards and values.
3. Engage clients through authentic and long-term relationship building, from initial contact to after-sales service.
4. Demonstrate professionalism and expertise in communication and teamwork.
5. Collaborate with the Stock team to ensure product availability and meet client needs.
6. Provide feedback on client activity and market trends.
7. Maintain display and organization according to visual merchandising guidelines.

1. Proven experience in a similar role or a role with a transferrable skill set.
2. Fluency in English, German, and Italian.
3. Existing right to work in Switzerland.
