- Welcome, advise, and sell to clients.
- Present the Balenciaga brand and products in an appropriate and compelling manner.
- Provide personalized advice to clients to drive sales and expand the client database.
- Handle cash transactions and manage tax refunds.
- Oversee alterations and follow up with clients.
- Collect client information and update the client database.
- Receive, label, and display products.
- Replenish products and maintain store organization.
- Prepare and participate in inventory counts.
- Organize stock and contribute to qualitative and quantitative reports.
- Proven experience in luxury ready-to-wear, accessories, or footwear sales.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong listening abilities.
- Persuasive with excellent presentation and service orientation.
- Highly developed product and fashion sensitivity, ideally with an existing client book.
- Bilingual in English, with proficiency in a third language preferred.

Proven experience in luxury ready-to-wear, accessories, or footwear sales is required.
