1. Achieve sales targets in alignment with corporate strategy.
2. Utilize effective sales techniques to maximize boutique business potential and deliver exceptional customer service and after-sales support.

5. Promote brand culture internally and externally, ensuring excellence in customer experience.
6. Collect and update customer information to ensure efficient use of CRM and Client Book, and develop the client portfolio.
7. Support compliance with company policies and procedures.

1. Previous experience in assisted sales within fashion, luxury, and leather goods sectors.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Product sensitivity with a good understanding of market trends and fashion, commercial result orientation.
3. Flexibility, openness, curiosity, listening skills, and stress resilience.
4. Aptitude for assisted sales and teamwork.
5. Proficiency in digital skills.
6. Fluency in Italian and English.

Previous experience in assisted sales within fashion, luxury, and leather goods sectors is required.
