1. Achieve sales goals and contribute to store profitability.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures in accordance with company policies.
3. Maintain an organized stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management in daily store operations, ensuring a balance in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
5. Facilitate clear and effective communication with all departments and staff.
6. Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
7. Implement and enforce store operations manual and provide feedback for improvements.
8. Adhere to and promote company sustainability policies.
9. Manage store shrinkage and ensure operational execution in partnership with the Stock Associate, Operations Manager, and Sales Team.
10. Ensure proper functioning of cash registers and safes, maintaining cash/change accuracy and timely bank deposits.
11. Support visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
12. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of store premises, ensuring high standards for fixtures, shelving, and supplies.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion industries.
2. Proven ability to drive sales results, exceeding individual and store goals.
3. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen with a passion for the fashion industry.
4. Strategic vision to develop business and achieve high personal performance.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong interpersonal skills for effective team communication.
4. Organizational skills for maintaining stockroom and store standards.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within retail or fashion sectors, demonstrating the ability to exceed sales goals and manage store operations effectively.
