- Achieve sales goals and contribute to store profitability.
- Perform opening and closing procedures in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain an organized stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
- Assist management in daily store operations, ensuring a balance in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication with all departments and staff.
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
- Implement and enforce store operations manual and provide feedback for improvements.
- Adhere to and promote company sustainability policies.
- Manage store shrinkage and ensure operational execution in partnership with the Stock Associate, Operations Manager, and Sales Team.
- Ensure proper functioning of cash registers and safes, maintaining cash/change accuracy and timely bank deposits.
- Support visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
- Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of store premises, ensuring high standards for fixtures, shelving, and supplies.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion industries.
- Proven ability to drive sales results, exceeding individual and store goals.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen with a passion for the fashion industry.
- Strategic vision to develop business and achieve high personal performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective team communication.
- Organizational skills for maintaining stockroom and store standards.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within retail or fashion sectors, demonstrating the ability to exceed sales goals and manage store operations effectively.
