- Achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Oversee store opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure the stockroom is organized for efficient merchandise access.
- Assist management in daily store operations.
- Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
- Maintain effective communication with all departments and staff.
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
- Implement and enforce store operations manual and provide feedback on necessary updates.
- Adhere to and promote sustainability policies locally and globally.
- Minimize store shrinkage through effective operational execution.
- Ensure cash registers and safe are functioning properly and maintain cash accuracy.
- Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
- Communicate visual standards information to the team.
- Oversee store maintenance, including cleaning and upkeep of fixtures, shelving, and lighting.
- Ensure adequate supply levels are maintained.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
