1. Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures in accordance with company policies.
3. Maintain an organized stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management in daily store operations and personnel management.
5. Ensure effective communication with all departments and handle customer feedback promptly.
6. Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
7. Manage stock, inventory, and loss prevention with operational precision.
8. Oversee cash register and safe operations, ensuring accuracy and timely bank deposits.
9. Assist in implementing visual merchandising according to company standards.
10. Oversee store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning of fixtures and supplies.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
2. Proven ability to drive sales and exceed individual and store goals.
3. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
4. Strategic vision for business development and personal performance.

2. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.

A minimum of three years in a comparable position within the retail or fashion sector, demonstrating a track record of achieving sales goals and operational excellence.

The hourly wage ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 USD, subject to geographic differentials and individual qualifications.
