1. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
2. Serve as a host for customers, fostering and strengthening relationships.
3. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and deliver exceptional customer service.
4. Replenish stock and ensure high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
5. Uphold store cleanliness, tidiness, and visual merchandising standards.
6. Support compliance with store processes and follow-up procedures.

1. Experience in a multinational brand environment, with relevant experience as a plus.
2. Sensitivity to product and fashion trends.
3. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
4. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
6. Competency in PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.
