Balenciaga Sales & Client Advisor
Balenciaga, established in 1917 by Cristóbal Balenciaga in Spain and later in Paris, is renowned for its avant-garde designs and impeccable craftsmanship. - Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
- Act as a host to customers, fostering and strengthening customer relationships.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
- Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
- Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
- Support and ensure compliance with all store processes and guidelines.
- Prior experience in a multinational brand environment, preferably in a related field.
- Strong product and fashion sensitivity with knowledge of current trends.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other digital tools.
- Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a multinational brand environment is required, with a preference for related industry experience.
