- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques and disciplined follow-up.
- Host clients and build long‑term relationships through proactive clienteling and personalised service.
- Manage and develop the store team, including coaching, recruitment support and performance management to maximise store potential.
- Maintain deep product knowledge and deliver professional, brand‑aligned customer service.
- Ensure stock replenishment, maintain merchandise standards and control product quality.
- Uphold visual merchandising, store cleanliness and presentation in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all store processes, policies and operational procedures.
- Prior experience in a multinational luxury or premium retail environment.
- Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Strong product and fashion sensitivity with up‑to‑date knowledge of trends.
- High sense of responsibility, team spirit and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient PC skills, including MS Office and common digital retail tools.

Previous experience in luxury retail or a multinational brand environment with demonstrable success in client development, achieving sales KPIs and working in a fast‑paced store setting.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary qualification in fashion, retail or business is preferred.
