1. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
2. Act as a host for customers, fostering strong relationships and enhancing customer loyalty.
3. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
4. Replenish stock and ensure high standards of product presentation and quality control.
5. Uphold store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
6. Support compliance with all store processes and follow-up procedures.

1. Prior experience in a multinational brand environment, preferably in luxury fashion.
2. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
3. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
4. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

1. Product and fashion sensitivity with knowledge of current trends.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in MS Office and other digital tools.

Experience in a multinational brand environment, particularly within the luxury fashion sector, is preferred.
