1. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
2. Act as a host for customers, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
3. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and deliver exceptional customer service.
4. Replenish stock and ensure high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
5. Uphold store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
6. Support compliance with all store processes and follow-up procedures.

1. Experience in a multinational brand environment, preferably in luxury fashion.
2. Sensitivity to product and fashion trends.

1. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
2. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
4. Competency in PC skills including MS Office and other digital tools.

Prior experience in a multinational brand environment, particularly in luxury fashion, is preferred.
