Balenciaga Sales & Client Advisor

- Achieve individual sales targets, KPIs and qualitative objectives while contributing to overall store performance.
- Deliver an inspiring luxury client experience by presenting Balenciaga collections and storytelling around inspirations and product features.
- Manage the omnichannel client journey: in‑store and remote sales, clienteling, follow‑up and after‑sales in line with HQ guidelines and loyalty programmes.
- Create, maintain and update client portfolios using the Luce app; build long‑term client relationships through personalised service and proactive follow‑up.
- Process client transactions including in‑store and distant sales (M-xstore) and prepare/organise deliveries and shipments to clients.
- Collaborate closely with the stock/BOH team to ensure product availability, perform stock control and participate in inventories.
- Ensure visual merchandising and product presentation standards are met across all sales areas.
- Report client requests, complaints and market feedback to Store Management and relevant teams; provide high‑quality client insights.
- Support Retail Excellence processes and contribute to front‑ and back‑of‑house operational excellence.
- Work as a team player across internal stakeholders (Store Management, VM, Accounting, Client Engagement) and contribute to sustainability objectives.
- Minimum experience: internal candidates — completed Balenciaga onboarding and 1 year as Sales Associate; external candidates — minimum 2 years of relevant luxury retail sales experience.
- Demonstrable clienteling and luxury service skills with a storytelling approach to product presentation.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
- Familiarity with omnichannel retail processes and after‑sales procedures.
- Able to perform front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house duties independently and follow Retail Excellence standards.

Internal candidates: completion of Balenciaga onboarding and Omnichannel Client Journey training plus at least 1 year as a Sales Associate. External candidates: minimum 2 years of relevant luxury retail sales experience demonstrating clienteling, commercial performance and omnichannel execution.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or commerce is advantageous.
