1. Achieve sales goals and contribute to store profitability.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures in compliance with company policies.
3. Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management in daily store operations and personnel management.
5. Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and effectively.
6. Implement and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
7. Manage store shrinkage and ensure cash register accuracy.
8. Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
9. Oversee store maintenance and ensure cleanliness and upkeep of store property.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Proven ability to exceed sales goals and drive results.
5. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
