1. Achieve sales goals and contribute to store success.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures of the store.
3. Organize stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management in daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Maintain effective communication with departments, colleagues, and staff.
7. Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
9. Manage stock, inventory, and loss prevention with the team.
10. Ensure cash register and safe functionality, and manage cash accuracy and deposits.
11. Assist in visual display and merchandising implementation.
12. Oversee store maintenance and ensure high standards of cleanliness and functionality.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
2. Proven ability to drive sales results and exceed goals.
3. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
4. Strategic vision and high personal performance.
