1. Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
2. Oversee opening and closing procedures of the store.
3. Ensure the stockroom is organized for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management in daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Maintain effective communication with all departments and staff.
7. Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Implement and enforce store operations manual and provide feedback on necessary updates.
9. Enforce sustainability policies locally and globally.
10. Manage store shrinkage in collaboration with the Stock Associate, Operations Manager, and Sales Team.
11. Ensure proper functioning of cash registers and safe, maintaining accuracy in cash handling and bank deposits.
12. Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
13. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store's interior and exterior.
14. Maintain high standards for fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supplies.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies.
2. Proven ability to drive results and exceed sales goals.
3. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
4. Strategic vision to develop the business and enhance personal performance.

A minimum of three years in a comparable position within the retail or fashion sectors, demonstrating a track record of exceeding sales goals and managing store operations.

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $23.00 to $26.00 USD, depending on experience and geographic location.
