- Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to maximize boutique business potential and deliver exceptional customer service and after-sales service.
- Contribute to a positive work environment and a team based on information sharing and best practices.
- Maintain behavior in line with Balenciaga's service standards, image, and values.
- Promote the brand culture internally and externally, ensuring excellence in customer experience.
- Collect and update client information to ensure efficient use of CRM and Client Book and develop the client portfolio.
- Support adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
- Previous experience in assisted sales within fashion, luxury, or leather goods sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Product sensitivity and strong knowledge of market trends and fashion, with a focus on commercial results.
- Flexibility, openness, curiosity, listening skills, and stress resilience.
- Aptitude for assisted sales and teamwork.
- Proficiency in digital skills.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
Previous experience in assisted sales within fashion, luxury, or leather goods sectors is required.
