1. Achieve sales goals and contribute to store profitability.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures in adherence to company policies.
3. Organize and maintain the stockroom for optimal accessibility of merchandise.
4. Assist management in overseeing daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Maintain effective communication with all departments, colleagues, and staff.
7. Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Support and enforce store operations manual and suggest necessary updates.
9. Implement and uphold company sustainability policies locally and globally.
10. Partner with stock associates and operations manager to minimize store shrinkage.
11. Ensure proper functioning of cash registers and safes, and maintain cash accuracy.
12. Assist in visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
13. Oversee store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and functionality of fixtures and supplies.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies.
2. Proven ability to drive sales results and exceed goals.
3. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
4. Strategic vision for business development and personal performance.

2. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong interpersonal skills for effective team communication.
4. High level of personal performance and strategic thinking.

A minimum of three years in a comparable position within the retail or fashion sector is required.
