- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Stay informed about current products, trends, and collections, ensuring customers are well-informed.
- Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation.
- Handle customer complaints, seeking assistance when necessary, to ensure resolution satisfies both customer and company.
- Stay updated with customer requirements and operating procedures.
- Be aware of daily sales targets and employ appropriate sales techniques to meet them.
- Ensure all procedures and policies are understood and adhered to.
- Maintain personal appearance and presentation in line with company standards.
- Adhere to security and health and safety regulations.
- Open and close the store according to business needs, in line with company security rules.
- Perform additional duties within the defined levels of responsibility and accountability of the Sales Consultant role.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a customer service role with face-to-face customer contact.
- Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high-pressure environment.
- Initiate contact and communication effectively.
- Motivated team player with a common goal.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; a third language is highly advantageous.
Previous experience in a customer service or sales role within a luxury retail environment is required.
