1. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs using effective sales techniques.
2. Act as a host for customers, fostering strong relationships and enhancing customer loyalty.
3. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
4. Replenish stock and ensure high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
5. Uphold store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
6. Support compliance with all store processes and procedures.

1. Prior experience in a multinational brand environment is preferred.
2. Demonstrated product and fashion sensitivity with an understanding of fashion trends.
3. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.

1. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
2. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
3. Competency in PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.

Experience in a similar role within a luxury or high-end retail environment is advantageous.
