1. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
2. Act as a host for customers, fostering and strengthening strong customer relationships.
3. Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
4. Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
5. Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
6. Support compliance with all store processes and follow-up procedures.

1. Prior experience in a multinational brand environment is preferred.
2. Demonstrated product and fashion sensitivity with knowledge of fashion trends.
3. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
4. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in PC skills including MS Office and other digital tools.
