1. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs using effective sales techniques.
2. Act as a host for customers, fostering strong relationships.
3. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and deliver exceptional customer service.
4. Replenish stock and uphold high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
5. Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
6. Support compliance with all store processes.

1. Experience in a multinational brand environment, preferably in a related field.

1. Product and fashion sensitivity with an understanding of fashion trends.
2. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
3. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
5. Good PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.

Prior experience in a multinational brand environment is preferred.
