1. Achieve sales targets and goals.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures of the store.
3. Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management in daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Maintain effective communication with departments, stores, colleagues, and staff.
7. Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Support and enforce store operations manual and provide feedback on necessary updates.
9. Implement and enforce sustainability policies locally and globally.
10. Minimize store shrinkage through effective operational execution with the Stock Associate and Operations Manager.
11. Ensure cash register and safe functionality and enforce cash handling standards.
12. Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
13. Oversee store maintenance, including cleaning and upkeep of fixtures, shelving, and supplies.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
2. Proven ability to drive results and exceed sales goals.
3. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
4. Strategic vision to develop business and enhance personal performance.

A minimum of three years in a comparable position within the retail or fashion industry is required.
