1. Achieve sales goals and assist in opening and closing the store.
2. Ensure the stockroom is organized for easy access to merchandise.
3. Assist management in overseeing day-to-day store operations.
4. Maintain effective communication with all departments and handle customer feedback appropriately.
5. Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
6. Manage stock, inventory, and loss prevention in collaboration with the team.
7. Ensure proper functioning of cash registers and safe, and manage cash accuracy and bank deposits.
8. Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
9. Oversee store maintenance and ensure proper levels of supplies are maintained.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills.
3. Proven ability to drive results and exceed individual and store goals.
4. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen with a passion for the fashion industry.
5. Strategic vision to develop the business and achieve high personal performance.

3+ years of experience in a similar role within retail or fashion companies.
