1. Achieve sales targets and objectives.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures of the store.
3. Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management in overseeing daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Maintain effective communication with all departments, colleagues, and staff.
7. Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
9. Manage store shrinkage and ensure operational execution with the Stock Associate and Operations Manager.
10. Ensure cash registers and safe function properly and manage cash accuracy and bank deposits.
11. Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
12. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of store fixtures and supplies.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
2. Proven ability to drive sales results and exceed goals.
3. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen in the fashion industry.
4. Strategic vision for business development and personal performance.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong interpersonal skills for effective team communication.

A minimum of three years in a similar role within retail or fashion sectors, demonstrating a track record of exceeding sales goals and managing store operations.
