1. Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
2. Oversee opening and closing procedures in alignment with company policies.
3. Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management in daily store operations and personnel oversight.
5. Foster balanced strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Maintain effective communication with all departments and handle customer feedback promptly.
7. Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
8. Partner with the Stock Associate and Operations Manager to minimize store shrinkage.
9. Ensure cash registers and safe are functioning properly with accurate cash handling.
10. Assist with visual merchandising and ensure compliance with company standards.
11. Oversee store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and functionality of fixtures and supplies.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role.

A minimum of three years in a similar role, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $22.00 USD to $25.00 USD, depending on experience and location.
