1. Achieve sales goals and targets.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures for the store.
3. Ensure the stockroom is organized for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management in overseeing daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Maintain effective communication with all departments and staff.
7. Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
9. Manage stock, inventory, and loss prevention in collaboration with the team.
10. Ensure cash registers and safe are functioning properly and manage cash accuracy.
11. Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
12. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store premises.
13. Maintain high standards for fixtures, shelving, and store supplies.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role within retail or fashion.
2. Proven ability to drive sales and exceed goals.
3. Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
4. Strategic vision and high personal performance standards.

2. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of three years in a similar retail or fashion role is required.

The hourly rate ranges from $23.00 USD to $26.00 USD, depending on experience and location.
