1. Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures in line with company policies.
3. Ensure the stockroom is organized for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management with daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Maintain effective communication with departments, colleagues, and team members.
7. Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Implement and enforce store operations manual and provide feedback for updates.
9. Adhere to and promote sustainability policies locally and globally.
10. Collaborate with stock associates and operations team to minimize store shrinkage.
11. Ensure cash registers and safes function correctly and maintain transaction accuracy.
12. Assist with visual merchandising and ensure compliance with company standards.
13. Oversee store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of fixtures and supplies.

1. Over 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
2. Fluency in French and English for excellent client service.
3. Proven ability to exceed sales goals and drive store performance.
4. Strong business acumen and passion for the fashion industry.
5. Strategic vision for business development and personal performance enhancement.

3. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of three years in a comparable position within the retail or fashion sectors.
