- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
- Perform opening and closing procedures in line with company policies.
- Ensure the stockroom is organized for efficient merchandise access.
- Assist management with daily store operations.
- Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
- Maintain effective communication with departments, colleagues, and team members.
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
- Implement and enforce store operations manual and provide feedback for updates.
- Adhere to and promote sustainability policies locally and globally.
- Collaborate with stock associates and operations team to minimize store shrinkage.
- Ensure cash registers and safes function correctly and maintain transaction accuracy.
- Assist with visual merchandising and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Oversee store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of fixtures and supplies.
- Over 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
- Fluency in French and English for excellent client service.
- Proven ability to exceed sales goals and drive store performance.
- Strong business acumen and passion for the fashion industry.
- Strategic vision for business development and personal performance enhancement.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- Organizational skills for stock and inventory management.
A minimum of three years in a comparable position within the retail or fashion sectors.
