- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
- Perform opening and closing procedures in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure the stockroom is organized for efficient merchandise access.
- Assist management in daily store operations.
- Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
- Maintain effective communication with departments, colleagues, and staff.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
- Implement and enforce store operations manual and provide feedback on updates.
- Adhere to and promote company sustainability policies.
- Collaborate with the team to minimize store shrinkage through sound operational practices.
- Ensure cash registers and safes function properly and maintain transaction accuracy.
- Assist with visual merchandising and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Oversee store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of fixtures and supplies.
- More than 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
- Fluency in French and English for excellent client service.
- Proven ability to exceed sales goals and drive results.
- Strong business acumen and passion for the fashion industry.
- Strategic vision for business development and personal performance.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
