1. Achieve sales goals and contribute to store profitability.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures of the store.
3. Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management in overseeing daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Maintain effective communication with departments, colleagues, and staff.
7. Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Implement and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
9. Manage store shrinkage and ensure operational excellence in cash handling.
10. Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
11. Oversee daily store maintenance and ensure high standards of cleanliness and upkeep.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
2. Proven ability to drive sales and exceed individual and store goals.
3. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
4. Strategic vision and high level of personal performance.

1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong interpersonal skills for effective team communication.
4. Genuine passion for the fashion industry.

A minimum of three years in a similar role within retail or fashion industries is required.
