Balenciaga Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder)

- Drive individual and store sales to meet and exceed targets through high-quality client service.
- Perform and oversee opening and closing procedures in accordance with company policy.
- Support the Store Director in day-to-day store operations, staffing and personnel management.
- Maintain organised stockroom operations and ensure accurate inventory control and shrinkage prevention.
- Execute cash handling and safe procedures, ensure register accuracy and timely bank deposits.
- Implement visual merchandising directives and communicate visual standards to the sales team.
- Oversee store maintenance, fixtures and supplies to preserve presentation and operational standards.
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and escalate when necessary.
- Enforce store operational manuals, sustainability policies and corporate standards at all times.
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar retail role, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual and store sales goals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
- Commercial awareness and solid business acumen with a genuine passion for the fashion industry.

At least three years' experience in retail or fashion store operations with demonstrable sales performance; prior keyholder or supervisory experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in retail, merchandising or fashion is a plus.
