1. Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures in compliance with company policies.
3. Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management in overseeing daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Maintain effective communication with all departments and staff.
7. Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
9. Collaborate with team to minimize store shrinkage and ensure operational excellence.
10. Ensure cash registers and safes function properly, maintaining cash accuracy.
11. Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
12. Oversee store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning of fixtures and supplies.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
2. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3. Demonstrated success in achieving sales results and exceeding goals.
4. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
5. Strategic vision and high level of personal performance.

The hourly wage ranges from $19.00 USD to $23.00 USD, depending on experience and location.
