Balenciaga Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder)

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
- Perform opening and closing procedures in alignment with company policies.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
- Assist in the oversight of daily store operations.
- Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
- Maintain effective communication with all departments and staff.
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
- Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
- Partner with team to minimize store shrinkage through effective operational execution.
- Ensure proper functioning of cash registers and safe, and manage cash accuracy and bank deposits.
- Assist in visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
- Oversee store maintenance, including cleaning and upkeep of fixtures and supplies.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
- Proven ability to drive sales and exceed goals.
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
- Strategic vision for business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
A minimum of three years in a comparable role within the retail or fashion industry is required.
