1. Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures in alignment with company policies.
3. Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist in the oversight of daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Maintain effective communication with all departments and staff.
7. Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
9. Partner with team to minimize store shrinkage through effective operational execution.
10. Ensure proper functioning of cash registers and safe, and manage cash accuracy and bank deposits.
11. Assist in visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
12. Oversee store maintenance, including cleaning and upkeep of fixtures and supplies.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
2. Proven ability to drive sales and exceed goals.
3. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
4. Strategic vision for business development.

A minimum of three years in a comparable role within the retail or fashion industry is required.
