4. Assist management in daily store operations.

7. Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Adhere to and enforce the store operations manual, suggesting updates as necessary.
9. Implement and uphold sustainability policies locally and globally.
10. Minimize store shrinkage through effective inventory management.
11. Ensure proper functioning of cash registers and safe, maintaining cash accuracy and timely bank deposits.
12. Assist with visual merchandising and display implementation as directed.
13. Communicate visual standards and updates to the team.
14. Oversee store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and functionality of fixtures and supplies.
