Balenciaga Sales and Client Advisor

- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs using effective sales techniques.
- Act as a host for customers, fostering strong relationships and enhancing customer experience.
- Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure stock replenishment and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
- Uphold store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
- Support compliance with store processes and follow-up procedures.
- Prior experience in a multinational brand environment is preferred.
- Strong product and fashion sensitivity with an understanding of current fashion trends.
- Demonstrated sense of responsibility and team spirit.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Competency in PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.
- Sales and customer service expertise.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in a similar role within a multinational brand environment is preferred.
