- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
- Serve as a host to customers, fostering and strengthening robust customer relationships.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Replenish stock and uphold high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
- Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
- Support compliance with store processes and follow-up procedures.
- Prior experience in a multinational brand environment is advantageous.
- Sensitivity to product and fashion trends with a strong fashion knowledge base.
- Strong sense of responsibility and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Competency in PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.
Experience in a similar role within a multinational brand environment is preferred.
