1. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
2. Serve as a host to customers, fostering and strengthening robust customer relationships.
3. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and deliver exceptional customer service.
4. Replenish stock and uphold high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
5. Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
6. Support compliance with store processes and follow-up procedures.

1. Prior experience in a multinational brand environment is advantageous.
2. Sensitivity to product and fashion trends with a strong fashion knowledge base.
3. Strong sense of responsibility and team-oriented mindset.

1. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
2. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
3. Competency in PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.

Experience in a similar role within a multinational brand environment is preferred.
