Balenciaga Sales & Client Advisor

- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Address and report client requests and complaints to management.
- Provide high-quality client feedback to the management team.
- Collaborate with the stock team to ensure product availability.
- Stay informed on market trends and the business environment.
- Inspire clients by embodying Balenciaga's brand behaviors.
- Ensure seamless execution of the omnichannel client journey.
- Present the Balenciaga universe with a storytelling approach.
- Offer personalized advice and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Execute product presentation guidelines and ensure client satisfaction.
- Create and update client portfolios and follow up through the Luce app.
- Build authentic, long-term client relationships.
- Follow HQ guidelines for client journey and loyalty programs.
- Maintain professionalism and expertise in communication and teamwork.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate teamwork to achieve client experience goals.
- Participate in sustainability initiatives.
- Process client transactions and promote omnichannel services.
- Receive and process store deliveries.
- Prepare and organize client deliveries and shipments.
- Contribute to stock control and inventory management.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience.
- Proficiency in digital and IT skills, including MS Office.
- Strong product sensitivity and market knowledge.
- Excellent listening skills and adaptability.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
- Willingness to learn and improve.
- Maintain a positive work environment.
A minimum of two years in a sales role within the luxury fashion sector is required.
