1. Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
2. Handle client requests and complaints, reporting to management.
3. Provide feedback on clients to the management team.
4. Collaborate with the stock team to ensure product availability.
5. Stay informed on market and fashion trends.
6. Inspire clients by embodying Balenciaga behaviors.
7. Ensure seamless execution of the omnichannel client journey.
8. Present Balenciaga collections with a storytelling approach.
9. Provide tailor-made advice to clients.
10. Maintain visual merchandising standards.
11. Execute product presentation guidelines.
12. Ensure client satisfaction with Balenciaga services.
13. Create and update client portfolios.
14. Engage clients and build long-term relationships.
15. Follow HQ guidelines on client journey and loyalty programs.
16. Provide professionalism and expertise in communication and teamwork.
17. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
18. Facilitate teamwork and assist colleagues.
19. Participate in achieving sustainability goals.
20. Process client transactions at the cash desk.
21. Promote and execute omnichannel services.
22. Receive and process store deliveries.
23. Prepare and organize client deliveries and shipments.
24. Contribute to front and back of house operations.

1. Relevant previous sales experience with a minimum of 2 years.

1. Good digital and IT skills, including MS Office.
2. Product sensitivity and strong market knowledge.
3. Good listening ability.
4. Adaptability, reactivity, and natural curiosity.
5. Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
6. Willingness to learn and improve.
7. Ability to maintain a positive work environment.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience.
