1. Achieve sales goals and contribute to store profitability.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures in accordance with company policies.
3. Ensure the stockroom is organized for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management in overseeing daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Maintain effective communication with all departments and staff.
7. Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Implement and enforce store operations manual and provide feedback on necessary updates.
9. Enforce sustainability policies both locally and globally.
10. Manage store shrinkage in collaboration with the Stock Associate, Operations Manager, and Sales Team.
11. Ensure cash registers and safe are functioning properly and maintain cash/change accuracy with timely bank deposits.
12. Assist with visual display and merchandising as directed, ensuring compliance with company standards.
13. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store, ensuring high standards of presentation.
14. Maintain proper levels of supplies at all times.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies.
2. Proficiency in Mandarin preferred.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proven ability to drive sales results and exceed goals.
5. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
6. Strategic vision to develop the business and enhance personal performance.

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $21.00 USD to $23.00 USD, depending on experience and geographic location.
