- Achieve sales goals and contribute to store profitability.
- Perform opening and closing procedures in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure the stockroom is organized for efficient merchandise access.
- Assist management in overseeing daily store operations.
- Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
- Maintain effective communication with all departments and staff.
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
- Implement and enforce store operations manual and provide feedback on necessary updates.
- Enforce sustainability policies both locally and globally.
- Manage store shrinkage in collaboration with the Stock Associate, Operations Manager, and Sales Team.
- Ensure cash registers and safe are functioning properly and maintain cash/change accuracy with timely bank deposits.
- Assist with visual display and merchandising as directed, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store, ensuring high standards of presentation.
- Maintain proper levels of supplies at all times.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies.
- Proficiency in Mandarin preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to drive sales results and exceed goals.
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
- Strategic vision to develop the business and enhance personal performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service excellence.
- Proficiency in visual merchandising.
- Leadership and team management skills.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably within the retail or fashion sectors, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store operations.
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $21.00 USD to $23.00 USD, depending on experience and geographic location.
