1. Achieve sales goals
2. Open and close the store
3. Organize and maintain the stockroom for easy merchandise access
4. Assist management in overseeing day-to-day store operations
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management
6. Maintain effective communication with all departments, stores, colleagues, and staff
7. Handle customer complaints and feedback appropriately and timely
8. Support and enforce store operations manual and provide feedback on necessary updates
9. Enforce sustainability policies locally and globally
10. Manage stock, inventory, and loss prevention
11. Ensure proper functioning of cash registers and safe, and enforce cash/change accuracy
12. Assist with visual display and merchandising implementation
13. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store
14. Maintain high standards for store fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supplies

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies
2. Mandarin speaker preferred

1. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
2. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
3. Proven ability to drive results in a selling role
4. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen
5. Strategic vision for business development

3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies.

A reasonable estimate of the current hourly range is $21.00 USD to $23.00 USD.
