- Deliver exceptional in‑store customer service that elevates the client experience and drives sales growth.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product and collection knowledge; brief clients on trends and new arrivals.
- Utilize appropriate luxury sales techniques and clienteling to meet daily sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure merchandise presentation and visual standards are upheld; replenish stock and assist with inventory management.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary and ensuring satisfactory resolution.
- Comply with company policies, security procedures and health & safety regulations.
- Perform opening and closing duties in line with store security protocols and business needs.
- Undertake additional ad hoc responsibilities within the remit of the Sales Advisor role as required.
- Previous experience in a retail sales role, preferably within luxury fashion or premium retail.
- Proven track record of face‑to‑face customer service and client relationship building.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to frequent change in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to initiate contact and maintain client engagement.
- Professional personal presentation consistent with luxury brand standards.
- Fluency in a second language is advantageous; Mandarin or Russian highly desirable.

Previous experience in a similar retail or luxury sales role with regular, direct customer contact is required. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and build long‑term client relationships is expected.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail training or formal instruction in luxury sales/visual merchandising is preferred.
