1. Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
2. Stay informed about current products, trends, and collections to ensure customers are well-informed.
3. Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation.
4. Handle customer complaints effectively, seeking assistance when necessary to ensure resolution.
5. Stay updated with customer requirements and operating procedures.
6. Be aware of daily sales targets and employ appropriate sales techniques to meet them.
7. Ensure understanding and adherence to all procedures and policies.
8. Maintain personal appearance and presentation in line with company standards.
9. Adhere to security and health and safety regulations.
10. Open and close the store as needed, in accordance with company security rules.
11. Perform additional duties within the defined levels of responsibility and accountability of the Sales Consultant role.

1. Previous experience in a similar role.
2. Experience in a customer service role with face-to-face customer interaction.

1. Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high-pressure environment.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
3. Motivated team player with a common goal.
4. Fluency in a second language, with Mandarin or Russian being highly advantageous.

Previous experience in a similar sales or customer service role is required.
