1. Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
2. Stay informed about current products, trends, and collections to ensure customers are well-informed.
3. Replenish stock and uphold high standards of merchandise presentation.
4. Handle customer complaints, seeking assistance when necessary, and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
5. Stay updated with customer requirements and operating procedures.
6. Be aware of daily sales targets and employ effective sales techniques to meet them.
7. Ensure understanding and adherence to all company procedures and policies.
8. Maintain personal appearance and presentation in line with company standards.
9. Adhere to security and health and safety regulations.
10. Open and close the store according to business needs and company security rules.
11. Perform additional duties within the defined responsibilities of the Sales Consultant role.

1. Previous experience in a similar role.
2. Experience in a customer service role with face-to-face customer interaction.
3. Ability to adapt to frequent change and high-pressure environments.
4. Motivated by teamwork and achieving common goals.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
2. Strong team player with consideration for colleagues.
3. Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.

Previous experience in a similar sales or customer service role is required.
