1. Assist in the development of VIC, VIP, and special order projects.
2. Update data in PLM, including codification, creation of bill of materials, and archiving of projects and prototypes.
3. Initiate and track prototype shipments, ensuring their receipt and quality control, and coordinate alterations if necessary.
4. Monitor dashboards for launches, trim and fabric purchases, and delivery schedules.
5. Liaise with manufacturers or internal workshops to ensure smooth project execution.
6. Provide administrative and logistical support, such as preparing subcontractor charges.
7. Contribute to cross-departmental projects.

1. Initial experience in product development, preferably in the fashion/luxury sector.
2. Sensitivity to the world of fashion and high-end ready-to-wear.
3. Autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills.
4. Versatility and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Proficiency in English (Italian is a plus).
6. Familiarity with PLM tools is appreciated.
