1. Plan production deliveries with suppliers in alignment with brand objectives.
2. Utilize internal systems such as GPS, Stealth, and Bal Chain for planning.
3. Communicate industrialization deadlines to ensure timely production launches.
4. Monitor industrialization activities to set and adhere to completion timelines.
5. Consistently update shared planning files.
6. Coordinate with the quality control team to manage priorities and critical issues.
7. Oversee the production chain and collaborate with the sustainability team regarding suppliers.
8. Conduct regular visits to suppliers.

1. Educational background in fashion.
2. Significant experience in production planning roles.
3. Preferably from the luxury fashion sector, specifically in RTW.
4. Fluent in English; French is a plus.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
2. Knowledge of PLM, Stealth, GPS preferred.
3. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
4. Goal-oriented with a focus on results.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. Adaptability to a dynamic work environment.

Significant experience in a production planning role, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.

Background in fashion studies.
