Balenciaga RTW Finished Product Quality Coordinator

1. Supervise and implement quality parameters and control procedures.
2. Create detailed reports on production quality performance.
3. Oversee the Finished Product Quality Control Team and provide support as needed.
4. Collaborate with various departments to enhance production processes for optimal quality results.
5. Manage and oversee decision-making timelines concerning quality issues, coordinating with other departments at HQ.
6. Produce necessary reports on quality checks conducted.
7. Report any quality anomalies to the RTW Production Director regarding progress and delivery schedules.
8. Supervise aftersales team activities related to returns management.
9. Coordinate with external companies tasked with quality control activities.

1. Significant experience (5 years) in RTW quality control.
2. Previous experience managing a team of RTW quality control technicians.
3. Strong technical expertise in apparel with a pragmatic business approach.
4. Fluent in English.
5. Availability for domestic and international travel.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting and analysis.
2. Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
3. Strong interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent management skills.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in RTW quality control, with prior experience in team management.

Preferably an academic background focused on industrial and quality processes.
